We work hard to find good people to work with us. Most of our core staff has been with us for over 5 years and one in particular for over 13. Owning a business that has a higher demand from from April through September and is subject to weather is challenging. We keep a full time staff year round to ensure quality. Our management team is on board frequently to make sure expectations and standards are being met, if not exceeded.

Modern yacht designs bring logistical challenges in accessing sides of flybridges and high places safely. Our staff has regular safety meetings addressing these challenges and the proper use of harnesses, ladders, and other equipment. We strive to protect the environment by keeping a clean work space. Dust from heavy duty compounding is vacuumed and protective coverings put on docks to keep the yachts moorage surroundings clean.
